All rentals include basic insurance for normal wear and tear. For significant damage, we assess each case individually. We recommend taking photos of any damage and reporting it immediately so we can assist you properly.

Yes! We offer flexible delivery options throughout Eryri. We can deliver to your accommodation, trailheads, or arrange pickup from our base. We also provide emergency delivery services for forgotten or replacement equipment.

Cancellations by you: If the equipment or cabin can be re-let for the same period, then you will receive a refund of the amounts already paid, minus a 10% admin fee. There won't be any cancellation refund if the equipment cannot be re-let, and we strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance that includes cancellation compensation. Full details within T&Cs.
